The staff were very lovely and accommodating from the get-go! I arrived at the hotel with only 1% left on my phone battery. I hen I asked if they had a charging station, they got a repairman to connect the PowerPoints in the lobby just so I could charge my phone. I was also supposed to check-in at 3pm, but instead they allowed me to check-in at 11am which was very convenient and something I was grateful for. The room itself was bigger than I expected, which is great because I love big spaces! The air conditioner worked wonders and the water pressure from the shower was amazing. I loved my bed and I was pleasantly surprised with how the main light was actually borders of the main mirror rather than a ceiling light. The location itself was nearby other shopping precincts, and so I got to experience many firsts as it is my first time here in USA. Overall, a pleasant experience was had at this hotel. I would highly recommend!

The size of the room and ease of check in. The room was large and had plenty of drawers and counter space. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were definitely the best ones I’ve slept on in a hotel in years. Our room was almost completely sound proof. We only heard voices from another room once. 99% of the staff were wonderful and helpful.

The temporary breakfast room was spacious, but the food was not very good quality. The fruits were old and so were the hard boiled eggs. I had to spit both out when I bit into them both.

Large, clean, comfortable rooms. Great breakfast. Loved the pool in this hot hot weather. Also a very friendly staff member greeting us and cracking jokes.

The location was in a decent area, enough to where we were able to walk to a couple places for dinner. It's close to some shopping (maybe half a mile) and about a 5-10 minute walk. It was very clean and the staff was super friendly. Only about a 15 minute Uber ride to downtown/Chase Field.
